(Variegated Northern Sea Oats) There aren't many grasses for shade and few are as showy as this new introduction of the native Sea Oats. The boldly variegated leaves and upright habit could be mistaken for some exotic Bamboo until the attractive oat-like seed heads bloom in late summer. RIVER MIST will grow in most conditions from full sun to shade, moist soil or dry, but does best in moist soil with partial shade. Ht. 76-90cm (30-36"), spread 60-90cm (24-36"). Hardy to zone 5.
Shipped well-rooted in our 1 litre, extra-deep 4.5" pots.
